I have worked in this community since 1974.  I believe that everyone has the capacity to live a happy and fulfilling life.  Professional counselors can help find a path through serious emotional disturbances or a hard time in life or heal wounds from abuse or other problems.  People may seek counseling to embrace their growth and make a good life better.  I work on the principle of a balanced life, taking responsibility for oneself, engaging support, and trusting oneself.
